Gas Burners
Gas burners are widely used due to clean combustion and responsive control. Selection should focus on operating envelope, stability, and repeatable tuning under real fuel pressure conditions.
How It Works
Natural gas or LPG is mixed with combustion air via a precise nozzle or mixing head. A Burner Controller manages the ignition sequence and continuously monitors the flame via a Flame Detector to ensure safety.
Key Selection Criteria
- Available gas supply pressure vs. required burner head pressure.
- Turndown ratio (e.g., 1:5 or 1:10) for load tracking.
- Compliance with local emissions (NOx/CO) standards.
- Compatibility with existing Solenoid Valves and gas trains.
